Founder & President
Jim is a 1986 graduate of the University of Maryland where he was a three-year letter winner with the men’s basketball team. As the team manager, Jim was responsible for practice planning and setup, travel arrangements for the coaching staff, and coordinating on-campus recruiting visits. The last ten years have found Jim in sales and management positions within the legal services industry. His work experience with the top law firms in the country includes Baach, Robinson & Lewis; Boise, Schiller & Flexner; Jones Day; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and Skadden Arps. While working with these law firms, he was responsible for handling sensitive documents, following detailed instructions, and hitting strict deadlines for multi-million dollar litigations.
Client Relations Manager
Wayne is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College. He was a 4-year letter winner as well as a 3 yr captain of the men’s basketball team. His past work experience includes Fortune 500 companies FedEx and Hill-Rom as a Territory Account Manager. It was in these positions that Wayne excelled at building long lasting relationships with his clients through his ability to go the extra mile, his work ethic and his ability to deliver on his promises. At FedEx and Hill-Rom, Wayne was recognized as salesman of the month as well as the recipient of the Hill-Rom Circle of Excellence. Wayne is also experienced in marketing, event planning and advertising campaigns. His attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks makes him a natural for developing and maintaining client relationships.
